Greg is a lawyer and chartered company secretary with 15+ years’ of top-tier legal, regulatory, corporate and not-for-profit experience, both within Australia and internationally.

Greg specialises in corporate governance and general in-house commercial law, having held leadership roles with a ~$7 billion infrastructure management company, an ASX200 multinational tri-listed company, and now a major for-purpose and emergency service organisation. Prior to his in-house roles, Greg was a senior lawyer with a top-tier law firm, and worked as a company regulator.

In addition to his governance and legal expertise, Greg is a courageous, passionate, empathetic and agile leader, and is known for his demonstrated ability to build, lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic goals.

Greg was recently awarded General Counsel of the Year in the 2020 Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards.
