When you book, you’ll fill out a short pre-session form so I understand your goals. During the session, we’ll map out where you are now, where you want to be and the steps to get you there. You’ll leave with practical next steps, reframed confidence and a clearer path forward.

Each strategy session runs for 45 minutes. We cover a lot in that time and I’ll make sure you leave with clarity and an action plan.
